The Recreation Center as it currently exists is not accessible to the greater public and has space that is under-utilized. The City has hired an architect firm, BreadLoaf to give the Montpelier City council renovation option packages that could create an accessible, useful, and fully utilized Recreation Center. Please see the below presentations the architects have given to the Council to date, and note that all included project costs are estimates, and the council will need to determine what package best fits budgetary and community needs.
