We are thrilled to bring you a monthly installment of recipes from our FEAST Kitchen! 

Recipe from FEAST Kitchen Prep-Cook, Willow Barbero FEAST Kitchen Prep-Cook, Willow Barbero's favorite kind of cooking involves lots of veggies and whole grains. Thanks to her, we have delicious vegetarian recipes to offer our FEAST meal recipients! Since she loves this food so much, we asked her to share her favorite salad recipe: Farro Salad. All ingredients can be locally sourced. Enjoy the recipe and make enough to share with a friend (by safely delivering, of course!).
