The Montpelier City Council is seeking applicants interested in serving on the Montpelier Energy Advisory Committee; currently, there are three vacancies. The Energy Advisory Committee meets once a month to review progress on energy projects, develop new initiatives, and provide recommendations to the City Council on city energy issues. Meetings are held on the third Tuesday of the month at 7:00 P.M. Letters of interest should be submitted to the Office of the City Manager, City Hall - 39 Main Street, Montpelier, Vermont 05602 (or by e-mailing jgranfield@montpelier-vt.org) on or by Friday, August 11, 2017. The City Council will make this appointment at their August 23rd meeting; applicants are encouraged to attend.
