[ARCHIVED] NO PARKING - College and Liberty Streets

College / Liberty Streets Paving - NO PARKING starting Wednesday, 6/6

Crews are going to begin the process of paving College and Liberty Streets. While the work is being done, parking will not be allowed on the streets. College Street will begin first, no-parking signs have already been posted for tomorrow's work. Here is the tentative schedule:

College Street: cold planing (milling) begins Wednesday, June 6th. This could take approximately 3 days to complete.

Liberty Street: cold planing expected to begin on Thursday, June 7th. This could take a couple of days to complete.

Crack sealing and paving shim course (1st layer) of asphalt is tentatively scheduled for June 13th. This is the first step in the process to prepare the streets for new paving. The wearing or finish surface course of new pavement will be applied upon completion the planned sidewalk work in July.
