Individual jumped or fell from the Hubbard Park Tower
On Friday August 24, 2018, at approximately 2:59 PM, the Montpelier Police Department received a report that person had just jumped or fallen from the Hubbard Park Tower (a 52’ high stone observation tower located in Hubbard Park) in Montpelier, VT. Upon arrival, MPD officers approached the victim who was found sitting-upright with his legs crossed, with signs of injuries. He did not respond to the officers’ or the Montpelier Fire Department medics’ questions.
