City Council is seeking individuals interested in serving on the Development Review Board (DRB). The DRB evaluates and decides upon the appropriateness of proposed development measured against the standards and procedures defined in the Montpelier Zoning and Subdivision Regulations. The Board meets on the 1st and 3rd Mondays of each month, 7:00 PM. If you are interested in a seat on the Development Review Board, please click the link below to complete and submit the online application by April 17th. To request a hard copy of the application, contact the City Manager’s Office at 223-9502. City Council will make their appointments to the Committee at their April 24th meeting. While not required to, applicants are encouraged to attend. All municipal meetings are accessible to people with disabilities and are held in accordance with the public meeting and public records laws.
