The Montpelier Design Review Committee (DRC) is seeking two members of the Montpelier community to fill: (i) a regular 3-year term; and (ii) an alternate 3-year seat. The DRC’s mission is to guide development within the Design Review Overlay District – a defined area within the City that includes properties of particular historical, architectural, urban design, visual or cultural significance. The Committee’s regular meetings are the first and third Mondays of each month, though meetings can be cancelled due to a lack of zoning permit applications or other business.
