The Montpelier City Council is seeking individuals interested in serving on the City’s Parking Advisory Committee. This committee was established in April, 2013, to advise the Council on all matters of parking policy. This includes review of rates (meter, permit, lots); budget; operations; locations (leases, supply – both existing and new, spaces); winter parking ban signage; and other related items. Letters of interest and a brief resume should be submitted to the City Manager’s Office, 39 Main Street, Montpelier, Vermont 05602, or via e-mail to spitonyak@montpelier-vt.org on or by Wednesday, April 6th. City Council will make these appointments at their April 13, 2016 meeting; applicants will be notified and encouraged to attend. All municipal meetings are accessible to people with disabilities and are held in accordance with the public meeting and public records laws.
